Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Replora AI Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Replora AI platform, including the dashboard, API, and all related services.

1. Permitted Uses

You may use Replora AI to:

• Monitor and manage Google reviews for your own business locations.
• Generate AI-powered reply suggestions for genuine customer reviews.
• Post replies to Google reviews on behalf of your business using our authorised Google API integration.
• Track review analytics, ratings trends, and response performance for your business.
• Manage Google review operations for client businesses, if you are a marketing agency or consultant with explicit client authorisation.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Replora AI to:

• Generate fake reviews. Replora is for managing real reviews from real customers. Using Replora to generate, post, or facilitate fake or incentivised reviews is strictly prohibited and violates Google's policies.
• Manipulate Google ratings artificially. Do not use Replora to coordinate review campaigns, review gating, or any practice designed to artificially inflate your Google rating.
• Access Google data you are not authorised to access. You may only connect Google Business Profile accounts for which you have legitimate business ownership or authorised management rights.
• Harass or threaten reviewers. AI-generated replies must not be used to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate customers who have left reviews.
• Resell or sublicense the platform without a written agreement with Replora AI.
• Reverse engineer or scrape Replora AI's systems, APIs, or underlying infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits or security controls. Automated abuse of our API or attempts to bypass authentication are prohibited.
• Violate Google's policies. All use of Replora AI must comply with Google's Review Policies and API Services User Data Policy.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Google Policy Compliance

Replora AI is built on official Google APIs and operates in full compliance with Google's platform policies. As a user, you are also responsible for ensuring your use of Replora complies with Google's policies for Google Business Profile. Replora does not guarantee that any specific use of the platform is permitted by Google — if you are unsure, consult Google's policies directly or contact our support team.

4. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for all replies posted to Google reviews through Replora AI, including AI-generated replies you approve. Before enabling auto-reply, ensure the tone, content, and language of AI-generated replies meet your quality standards and do not violate this AUP, Google's policies, or any applicable laws.

Do not use Replora's AI reply feature to generate content that is misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Replora AI account without refund, and may be reported to Google or relevant authorities where required by law.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including removing access, preserving evidence, and cooperating with law enforcement.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@reploraai.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of Replora AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
