Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Replora AI's review management platform ("Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Replora AI provides an AI-powered platform that connects to your Google Business Profile, monitors customer reviews, generates AI reply suggestions, and posts replies on your behalf. The Service is intended for business owners and their authorised team members.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have authority to act on behalf of the business to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Google Account Connection

To use the Service, you must authorise Replora AI to access your Google Business Profile via OAuth. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google Account security settings or from the Replora dashboard. You confirm you are the authorised owner or manager of any Google Business Profile you connect.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post false, defamatory, or spam replies
• Attempt to circumvent Google's review policies
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Use the Service to monitor competitors' reviews
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-export Service data

5. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by Replora AI are suggestions based on your review content and tone settings. You are solely responsible for any reply posted to Google under your Business Profile. We recommend reviewing AI-generated replies before enabling auto-post, particularly for sensitive complaints.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Paddle. Prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Free plan is limited to 30 reviews lifetime and requires a valid payment method on file (no charge until you upgrade).

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid subscriptions. Contact billing@reploraai.com within 7 days of your first charge.

7. Data Ownership

You own your business data. Replora AI does not claim ownership of your review content, business information, or replies. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Google API outages or third-party providers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replora AI's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost data, or damage to reputation.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes to these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
