What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your owner profile (name, email, business details)
- All connected Google Business Profile locations
- Review data synced from Google
- AI-generated reply drafts and posted replies
- Reply queue history and posting logs
- Usage statistics and monthly reports
- Team member records and invitations
- Your Paddle subscription (if active, cancelled immediately)
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens
- All notification preferences and settings
Note: Deleting your account revokes Replora AI's access to your Google Business Profile. Reviews and replies already visible on Google are controlled by Google — we cannot delete content already posted to Google Maps. Replora only deletes the data stored on our servers.
How to delete your account
1
From your dashboard (instant)
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Confirm with your password. Your account and data will be scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
2
By email request
Email
privacy@reploraai.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email.
3

To revoke Replora AI's access to your Google account independently: visit
myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove "Replora AI" from the list of connected apps.
Data retention exceptions
We may retain minimal data beyond 30 days only where legally required — for example, billing records for tax compliance (7 years, financial data only). This does not include review content, Google credentials, or business profile data.
